Process, Terms & Conditions

To apply, submit your application to your local Gallery in person or via email along with a copy of your active real estate license to [email protected].

Your local gallery will approve your application. If submitted via email, you will receive an email approval notification.

Bring a copy of the first page of the Real Estate Contract to purchase your gift card. An associate will review and approve your purchase in person.

The agent’s name, buyer’s name, property address and closing date must be visible. You may redact any other information, however, we require the aforementioned public record information to validate the sale.

Contracts must be dated within 30 days of the gift card purchase date. Contracts older than 30 days or a future closing date beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

Leases, rental agreements, deeds, attorney’s letters and gift cards for the Sellers do not qualify.

Gift Cards cannot be paid for with checks and are non-refundable.

RCS Gift Cards must be rung under the recipient’s name.

One promotional discount of $250 per property address/contract.

The maximum promotional discount provided by Jes & Gray Living is $250, however, there is no limit to the Gift Card total that you may purchase.

In addition to the Gift Card, your client will receive a complimentary in-gallery or in-home Design Consultation, valued at $90/hr.
